Payment Processing Terms of Service : 

By using our Online Bill Pay service, you agree to the following:

Payment Amount

All payments must reflect the total amount due on your bill or invoice + a 4.5% Processing Fee. It is your responsibility to ensure that the amount entered is accurate before submitting payment.

How to Make a Payment

To use this service, simply complete the payment form, enter the total value of your bill, and press Pay. Please ensure you enter your Service Dates accurately.

Please do not press the payment button more than once. Pressing the payment button multiple times may result in duplicate charges.

Processing Fees

All online payments are subject to a 4.5% processing fee. This fee applies to payments made by debit card, credit card, or bank wire.

Calculating the Credit Card Processing Fee

To calculate the processing fee, take the dollar amount for services rendered and multiply it by 1.045. This will give you the total amount due, including the 4.5% processing fee. Example: 100 x 1.045 = $104.50

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments are non-refundable once submitted. Please carefully review your payment amount and billing details before completing your transaction.

Invoice Due Date

All invoices are due within 15 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated in writing.

By submitting payment through this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Processing Terms of Service.

When you use our payment or invoice services, we may collect information necessary to process your transaction, such as your name, contact details, invoice amount, billing details, and payment-related information. We use the information you provide only to verify your bill, process your payment, respond to payment-related questions, and maintain accurate accounting records.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may only be shared with our payment processor, accounting team, or other service providers when necessary to complete or verify your transaction. Online payments may be processed through secure third-party payment platforms. We do not store full credit card, debit card, or bank account information on our systems.
