Who is this service for?

This service is for current Registered Nurses who are not U.S. citizens and are seeking occupational visas to work in the United States, nurses are sponsored by a third party agency. To be eligible for employment in the USA the following are required:

  • English fluency

  • Current RN – Bachelors degree or equivalent in Nursing preferred

  • Current nursing license in country of citizenship or residency

  • Valid passport

  • Valid Visa Screen (or Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools CGNFS

    certificate). Please note this is not a valid license to be a registered nurse in the US.

  • Passing score on TOEFL/TSE test


The Visa Screen process includes:
  • Assessment of applicant’s education to ensure it is comparable to a US graduate in the same  occupation

  • Assessment of applicant English-language proficiency – TOEFL/TSE test

  • Verification that licenses are valid and unencumbered

  • Verification that applicant has earned a CGFNS certificate or passed the National Council Licensing Exam for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).

Candidates will be selected based on work experience, skills, and competency level.
